1. Zero Data Retention Principle

GetBackToMe operates on a strict Zero Data Retention principle. The content of your emails and requests is processed in real time and automatically deleted once the task is complete. We do not store the body of your messages, attachments, or any generated output beyond the processing phase.

2. Metadata Only

The only information we retain is metadata necessary for the operation of the Service: your email address, timestamps, task type, and processing status. No substantive content from your requests or responses is stored after delivery.

3. No AI Training on Your Data

Your data is never used to train, fine-tune, or enrich any artificial intelligence model. Each request is processed independently and in isolation. We do not contribute your data to any machine learning dataset, whether internal or third-party.

4. Data Security

All data in transit is encrypted using industry-standard TLS protocols. During the processing phase, your data is handled in secure, isolated environments. Once processing is complete, content data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.

5. Third-Party Processing

During the processing phase, your requests may be handled by third-party AI services. These services are contractually bound to process data only for the purpose of fulfilling your request and are prohibited from retaining or reusing it.

6. Your Rights
